Installation Instructions
COMPATIBILITY
- Mazda 26B 4-rotor engine.
OVERVIEW
The Radium Engineering high flow primary fuel rail is for a Mazda 26B 4-rotor engine. Thermal insulating spacers and washers are included with stainless steel hardware to prevent thermal energy from conducting heat into the fuel.
The included 14mm lower injector seats were designed specifically to be compatible with or without the OEM diffusers in place. They feature FKM O-rings making them suitable for boosted applications. The new green injector seats were designed to extend the O-ring past the air assist injector holes in the iron.
FUEL INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY
Universal fuel injectors with the dimensions shown below are required when installing this fuel rail. The injectors must have this 34mm height with 14mm o-rings.

Many injector manufacturers will have applications with these dimensions. Here are a few examples of applicable injector part number from Injector Dynamics:
- Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS-34-14-14
- Injector Dynamics ID1300-XDS-34-14-14
- Injector Dynamics ID1700-XDS-34-14-14
- Injector Dynamics ID2600-XDS-34-14-14
Fuel Injectors are NOT included and must be purchased elsewhere.
PORTS AND FITTINGS
The fuel rail has four ports that are tapped for 8AN ORB fittings. The extra center ports allow additional fuel system accessories such as the OEM fuel temperature sensor (using 14-0421), a pressure transducer, Radium fuel pulse damperetc.
- 8AN ORB Adapter Fittings can be found HERE
- 8AN ORB Direct Mount Regulators can be found HERE
- 8AN ORB Fuel Pulse Dampers can be found HERE
- Fuel Pressure Gauge Adapters can be found HERE
Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.
