This is a Factory Toyota VVTI Cam Gear Cap and Seal, this will work on all 2JZ and 1JZ VVTI cam gears, GE and GTE. This cap is what seals in the oil pressure, this cap is installed after the cam gear has been installed and bolted to the cam.
